EUROMED Authorized Services Kft provides specific rules governing the use of granted Certificates and Certification Marks which are binding for our certified clients.
Use of Certificate and Certification Mark includes all statements in written, visual or oral ways about the fact of the certification, any use of original certificates and copies of them and any use of certification mark.
All certified clients shall comply with these rules otherwise EUROMED Authorized Services Kft will take appropriate actions (as for example requests for correction and corrective action, suspension, withdrawal of certification, publication of the transgression and, if necessary, legal action) to deal with incorrect references to certification status or misleading use of certification documents, marks or audit reports.
